 Job Description Job opening in Aceware for Legal Advisors. Your role as a Legal Advisor will begin with the general legal matters of the subsidiary; authorisation management, licenses, insurance, legal drafting and the handling of various Corporate legal matters. You will also be required to draft standard contracts with subcontractors and suppliers as well as supervise claims and disputes. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing risks and making recommendations. Assisting and supporting the Engineers and Managers concerning contractual matters Setting up contracts and agreements Participating in negotiations with the customers before, during and after obtaining markets Overseeing insurance policies Follow up disputes and resolutions. Skills / Qualifications Required: BA, LLB with previous experience. Previous practical experience, ideally in the industry.
